Description

You will build and maintain backend services and data pipelines for the ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Core Java.
• Develop ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Ingest and migrate data from Discover (DFS) into the ecosystem.
• Design and implement Spark-based data processing and distributed transformations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize backend and data processing performance.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of Core Java backend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise with AWS services including Glue, RDS, Spark, Lambda, and S3.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Spark for distributed processing.
• Proven background building ETL pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and data workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and SDLC practices.
• Experience with AWS EMR and Glue.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration from external sources.
