Description

You will build and scale web applications from initial ideation through implementation and A/B testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products end-to-end, including planning, scoping, and experimental testing.
• Design well-structured APIs and high-volume data pipelines.
• Apply engineering best practices through high code quality and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, data science, and operations.
• Make data-driven technical decisions and articulate architectural tradeoffs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack software engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or Ruby.
• Experience with architectural patterns for large-scale web applications.
• Knowledge of efficient algorithms and high-volume data processing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
