Description

You will own the full hardware support lifecycle, from schematic and PCB layout completion through to production readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware validation, functional testing, and debugging during prototyping and production phases.
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve hardware-level issues.
• Support component selection, replacement, and lifecycle management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including test reports, BOM updates, and engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Collaborate on manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Engineering or Production Support.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Proficiency in PCB testing, schematic analysis, and hardware debugging.
• Familiarity with embedded hardware systems.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated test equipment or scripting for hardware validation.
