Description

You will design and build scalable backend services and event-driven architectures for enterprise integrations across Azure and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and asynchronous workflows.
• Develop resilient backend services using Java and Spring Boot, including failover strategies and distributed system patterns.
• Define and maintain REST API contracts and microservices for OMS and marketplace integrations.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and database schemas using SQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Leverage Azure services including AKS, ARO, API Management, Data Factory, Functions, and Storage to support cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend engineering and enterprise integration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for service development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture design.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (AKS, ARO, API Mgmt, Storage, Functions).
• Experience with REST API design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL schema design, relational databases (MySQL), and NoSQL (Cosmos DB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with Liquibase for database schema management.
• Experience with multi-cloud strategies involving Azure and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB).
• Experience with SAP on Azure environments, SAP OMS order lifecycle, or Mirakl 3P marketplace platforms.
