Description

You will manage and optimize the Atlassian product suite to support enterprise-scale project management and business automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall health and availability of all Atlassian systems, including Jira and Confluence.
• Drive governance and hygiene standards to ensure a consistent and optimized Jira environment.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve business processes and user experience.
• Collaborate on technical integrations between Atlassian systems and external cloud, HR, incident management, and monitoring systems.
• Support stakeholders by implementing project management best practices and guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering, maintaining, and managing the Atlassian product suite.
• 5+ years of experience with Jira administration, governance, and project management best practices.
• Proven experience integrating Jira with external enterprise systems (HR, Incident Management, Messaging, Monitoring).
• Deep technical knowledge of Jira workflows, schema configurations, and templates.
• Familiarity with APIs and designing solutions for automation, dashboarding, or monitoring.
• Experience implementing scripting-based automation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS/MIS, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Programming proficiency in Spark, SQL, Python, Node.js, Golang, or Scala.
