Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java and modern cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features using Java EE, Spring, or Spring Boot in a microservices context.
• Design and manage data persistence layers using relational (Oracle, Postgres) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement event-driven transaction processing using messaging patterns like Kafka or MQ.
• Automate application deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Work within Agile frameworks (Kanban/Scrum) to deliver features as part of a team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 8+ years in Java EE development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Foundational development experience in Java and Python (5+ years).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Git/Stash, Jenkins, Maven).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2-3 years of experience with Cloud and microservices architecture.
