Description

Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and modern web frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure backend systems and server-side logic.
• Create and maintain API endpoints to ensure efficient data exchange between servers and clients.
• Implement and manage data storage solutions, including relational databases and caching mechanisms.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and ecosystems.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in database design, SQL, and relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization including AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
