Description

You will design and develop backend software applications using Java 17, leading geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-availability solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java 17 and RESTful web services.
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Implement and manage AWS infrastructure including IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, API stacks, SQS, SNS, and KMS.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software design and development.
• 3+ years of experience leading distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in Java 17 backend development.
• Proficiency with RESTful web services and API design.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services: IAM, Kinesis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, KMS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience.
• Python programming skills.
• System architecture experience.
