Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java and AWS cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and expose RESTful APIs with a strong understanding of HTTP methods and request/response models.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and implement event-driven solutions with AWS SQS and Kinesis Streams.
• Design and integrate data storage using Amazon DynamoDB and manage containerized services via Amazon ECS.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation to ensure secure and scalable services.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to maintain service reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience with 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon SQS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon ECS, and Kinesis Streams.
• Experience using AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Experience building event-driven and microservices-based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like CloudWatch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with App Insights for logging and monitoring.
