Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features based on established software design principles.
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web services.
• Implement business logic utilizing DMN and BPMN tooling.
• Apply testing methodologies, including Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Required Skills

• 7-15 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Deep knowledge of core Java, including Java 8 Streams and Functional Programming.
• Strong understanding of MVC, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency with Non-Relational Databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) using JBehave or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of HTTP, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL (DB2).
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and Object-Relational Mapping.
• Knowledge of Snowflake DB.
