Description

You will own the full application lifecycle, from initial design through to production support and release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and troubleshoot backend code, database schemas, and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, documented code and implement unit and UI tests.
• Mentor junior engineers, manage tasks, and participate in the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in Java.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring MVC.
• Experience with MyBatis and building RESTful APIs.
• Full-stack capability using React, Angular, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong foundation in relational database design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
