Description

You will design and deliver stable code modules and software solutions for merchandising services supporting Android and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and scalable solution architectures.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure specifications meet architectural standards and align with business needs.
• Execute component integration testing (CIT), systems integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deployment.
• Automate and simplify development, test, and operations processes throughout the full software development life cycle.
• Solve complex design problems by creating extensible solutions that optimize performance and remove bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 4+ years of experience working with database technologies, specifically PostgreSQL.
• 4+ years of experience applying software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Batch.
• Experience with PySpark.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and application-level architecture.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent work experience.
