Description

You will build and maintain backend services for retail merchandising systems, including Item Master, Store Planning, Allocation, and Pricing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize proprietary backend systems for retail merchandising.
• Develop scalable backend logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• Utilize AI tools for source code analysis and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Kafka.
• Background in Retail Merchandising Systems.
• Familiarity with the Walmart tech stack.
• Ability to use AI tools for code analysis and documentation.
