Description

You will design and implement low latency services while leading technical execution for backend projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase for medium to large projects to define high-level designs.
• Direct the work of small engineering groups consisting of 3 to 4 engineers.
• Manage end-to-end service implementations, data feed ingestion, and orchestration.
• Develop engineering strategies, processes, and technical best practices.
• Troubleshoot production and business-critical issues to ensure service stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience designing and implementing low latency services.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end service implementations and data orchestration.
• Experience leading small engineering teams through project lifecycles.
• Ability to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technical projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
