Description

You will architect and build large-scale distributed web applications as an individual contributor.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture from frontend to backend systems.
• Guide the team on core technical design and implementation.
• Build highly available, scalable, and distributed web-based systems.
• Perform bug triaging, debugging, and application performance tuning.
• Implement automated software applications using unit and integration test frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems in Java.
• Strong command of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Expertise in object-oriented design and coding in Java or other OO languages.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and data access patterns.
• Knowledge of caching techniques, messaging systems, and asynchronous workflows.
• Proficiency with web services and SOA standards including REST, OAuth, and JSON.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and query performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Karate.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
