Description

You will lead a development team in designing and implementing Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Oversee application design and implementation using Spring Boot and MongoDB.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to drive continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor team members on best practices in Java, Spring Boot, and NoSQL development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and object-oriented design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience with Reactive Programming and Streaming.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and Lambda.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
