Description

Lead backend engineering efforts with a focus on Go development and secure payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and engineering workflows as a team lead.
• Write and maintain production-grade code using Go.
• Implement secure coding practices and data protection protocols.
• Manage database systems and payment processing standards including PCI DSS.
• Maintain infrastructure using code and continuous integration tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Go programming experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a lead role.
• Proficiency in Go, JQ, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and payment processing protocols.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Concouse.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
