Description

Lead backend engineering efforts with a focus on Go development and secure payment processing.

You will own the technical direction and engineering workflows for the team.

You will write and maintain production-grade code using Go.

You will implement secure coding practices and data protection protocols.

You will manage database systems and payment processing standards, including PCI DSS compliance.

You will maintain infrastructure using code and continuous integration tools.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Go programming experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a lead role.
• Proficiency in Go, JQ, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS and payment processing protocols.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Concourse.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
