Description

You will lead backend development for Go-based services and payment infrastructure, mentoring the team and owning the technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering tasks and mentor team members.
• Develop and maintain secure payment processing systems and gateways.
• Integrate financial APIs and payment fraud checker services.
• Implement tokenization and encryption techniques to protect sensitive data.
• Manage database schemas and data integrity across multiple systems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Go programming experience.
• 1+ years in a technical lead role.
• Proficiency in Go, JQ, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Deep understanding of PCI DSS and payment processing protocols.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Understanding of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Concourse.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Background in developing e-commerce payment gateways.
