Description

You will lead backend development for healthcare integrations, building modular AWS architectures with Java and Node.js.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Node.js.
• Build and maintain modular architectures on AWS.
• Integrate backend services with mobile frameworks like Flutter and React Native.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and database schemas.
• Apply healthcare data standards including HL7 and FHIR to system design.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with modular development on AWS.
• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Demonstrated healthcare domain knowledge.
• Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR data standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
