Description

You will lead the technical direction and development of scalable backend systems, owning architecture, team mentorship, and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the backend engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and implement scalable backend architecture, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize database schemas and resolve performance bottlenecks across backend services.
• Ensure system security and maintain integration with legacy SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Deep experience with Java and backend technologies.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, MongoDB, and MuleSoft.
• Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization (MS-SQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Core.
