You will build and maintain core backend services and RESTful APIs for the platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend components and services.
• Review existing code to identify and address technical debt.
• Define coding standards and enforce best practices.
• Influence the product roadmap to improve performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python for scalable systems.
• Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of software engineering design and computational complexity.
• Proficiency in source control management and code reviews.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and drive independent solutions.
