Description

You will build and maintain microservices using Python, owning the full lifecycle from API design to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST.
• Develop asynchronous features using asyncio and concurrency patterns.
• Own unit and integration testing using pytest and apply TDD practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, including typing, packaging, and OOP.
• Proficiency in building Microservices architecture.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Experience implementing OAuth2 and JWT for authentication.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of SQL (Postgres) and basic NoSQL (Redis) data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or managed orchestration alternatives.
