Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot, while leading a squad of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug applications using Java and modern architectural patterns.
• Lead a squad of 4+ developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Agility teams.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality, including on-call duties.
• Integrate software components with existing enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design.
• Proven experience with Event Driven Architecture.
• Experience developing highly scalable solutions within AWS.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot application development and deployment to AWS.
• Strong command of API Development practices.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically Aurora PostgreSQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
