Description

You will lead backend service development, mentoring a squad of developers and driving the technical roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of 4+ developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product and Agility teams.
• Design, code, and debug applications using Java.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality, including on-call duties.
• Integrate software with existing systems while maintaining standards compliance.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot application development.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design.
• Experience designing and implementing Event Driven Architecture.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database management.
• Proven ability to develop highly scalable solutions on AWS.
• Experience with API Development and full lifecycle application development.
• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOA/OOD).
