Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
• Design and implement database interactions using SQL, ensuring correctness, performance, and maintainability.
• Build, package, and deploy services in a Tanzu/Kubernetes environment, supporting reliable releases.
• Collaborate on service-to-service integrations, observability, and troubleshooting in production.
• Contribute to testing and quality practices for backend services, including regression coverage and release readiness.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 12 years of relevant backend engineering experience
• Java (including common resume variants like java)
• Microservices experience (micro services / microservices)
• Spring Boot (spring boot / springboot)
• Tanzu (tanzu)
• SQL (sql)

Good to Have:

• AWS (aws / amazon web services)
• MySQL (mysql)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
