Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
• Architect secure and observable APIs and data services ensuring 99.99% availability.
• Lead integration with external platforms for consistent data synchronization.
• Drive platform observability and operational excellence via metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system design and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, focused on distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems handling large-scale traffic.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture patterns.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Ability to own systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and clean code practices.
