Description

Design, build, and scale Go-based backend services supporting global sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Design distributed systems to process large-scale, real-time transactional data.
• Implement performant APIs and microservices in Go, ensuring reliability.
• Integrate with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend systems, from design through deployment and operations.
• Improve system performance, security, and data integrity in high-volume environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, including 3+ years in Go production systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and concurrency patterns.
• Proficiency with Go, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Solid skills in performance tuning, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth experience optimizing Go frameworks for distributed systems.
• Exposure to AI-driven microservices integration.
