Description

You will develop, own, and mentor the delivery of scalable backend services for complex distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend engineers through code reviews and professional growth support.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend components and microservices.
• Own backend services in collaboration with cross-functional teams including frontend, product, DevOps, and QA.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies.
• Participate in system architecture decisions and technical design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of: Golang, Java, Node.js, Python.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with system architecture planning and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex system integration across multiple technology stacks.
• Background in high-throughput, low-latency service design.
