Description

You will lead backend development efforts, owning the design and delivery of complex, scalable business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Own technical and integration design to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Lead and mentor an engineering team, enforcing coding standards and quality controls.
• Manage the complete software lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices focused on security, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of progressive experience in backend software development.
• Strong expertise in Java development with production-grade application delivery.
• Essential experience with Spring Boot and Spring frameworks.
• Proven experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in designing solutions using design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
