Description

You will build and scale backend infrastructure for large-scale user systems, focusing on partner integrations for AR/VR devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for large-scale systems.
• Collaborate with partner technical teams to integrate applications on AR/VR devices, including Quest headsets and Ray-Ban Glasses.
• Develop a deep understanding of Reality Labs platforms and underlying APIs.
• Ensure documentation and best practices are established for partner collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience building and maintaining large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Native Development Kit (C++), and/or PHP.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and API endpoints.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience implementing GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of scalable data pipelines and ETL pipelines.
• Expertise in debugging and maintaining scalable services and APIs.
