Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend systems using the .NET framework.

Responsibilities

  • Develop APIs, web services, and applications hosted on IIS.
  • Manage and manipulate data using SQL for backend database operations.
  • Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues to improve system stability.
  • Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
  • Strong experience with SQL for database management.
  • Experience with API development and web services.
  • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms for application deployment.
  • Ability to analyze and improve backend processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Azure Cloud (AKS, Service Bus, Redis, ADX) and Azure SQL.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and New Relic for observability.
  • Background in the Insurance domain.
