Description

You will focus on integration backend work, primarily building new services and integrating data from external partners like DMVs and courthouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software to support new background check solutions.
• Build and integrate new services to expand the identity verification platform.
• Deliver performant, scalable, and secure code for both new builds and legacy services.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and meet project requirements.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for new service development.
• Experience working with C for maintaining legacy services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with data stores including Postgres and MongoDB.
• Experience using Git, GitLab, or GitHub and participating in PR/MR review processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Health-Tech or Fintech industries.
