Description

You will build and maintain integration services for identity verification and background check platforms, connecting with external partners.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new backend services using Python.
• Maintain and update legacy services using C.
• Integrate data from external partners such as DMVs and courthouses.
• Deliver performant, scalable, and secure code for microservice architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and manage project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for new service development.
• Experience working with C for legacy service maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Postgres and MongoDB.
• Experience using Git, GitLab, or GitHub and participating in PR/MR review processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Health-Tech or Fintech industries.
