Description

You will maintain the stability and performance of backend services running on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve backend issues across Node.js and GraphQL services.
• Write, optimize, and analyze MongoDB aggregation pipelines for analytics and large datasets.
• Review logs and metrics using AWS CloudWatch to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with QA teams during pre-release testing to validate bug fixes and feature readiness.
• Contribute to postmortems, documentation, and long-term reliability improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB aggregation frameworks and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Node.js and GraphQL schema/resolver design (Express/Apollo Server).
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and debugging microservices architecture.
• Experience with analytics implementation and data security standards (SOC-2, GDPR).
