Description

You will lead the backend development efforts for our platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide backend engineers through daily development tasks.
• Architect, design, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems.
• Design database architecture in PostgreSQL or MySQL based on project requirements.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce clean coding standards across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
• 2+ years of experience in a team lead or leadership capacity.
• Strong command of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing database architecture from initial business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microservices architecture and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of security practices, including OAuth2 and JWT authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability in requirement analysis and accurate task estimation.
