Own backend architecture and design for scalable distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for backend integration.
• Establish coding standards, testing practices, and code review processes.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability across services.
• Mentor backend engineers and foster technical growth.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in Backend Engineering.
• 4-6 years of hands-on Java development expertise.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in REST API design and backend service integration.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and service boundaries.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
