Description

You will manage enterprise storage, backup, and recovery systems within a global 24/7 operations team, ensuring high availability and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for storage and backup infrastructure.
• Monitor service availability, capacity, and reliability across storage and backup systems.
• Troubleshoot backup system failures and resolve issues daily.
• Manage P1/P2 incidents, collaborating with multiple teams for resolution.
• Address incidents and requests logged in ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing multi-vendor, large-scale Storage and Backup systems.
• Proficiency with NetApp, Isilon, Pure Storage, Cohesity, and Networker.
• Experience provisioning, migrating, and decommissioning Storage and Backup systems.
• Knowledge of NetApp cluster modes, Cohesity Data Protect, and EMC Networker.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Perl, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Solaris operating systems.
• Experience with storage vendors like Oracle and Spectralogic.
• Basic knowledge of Splunk queries and Dashboard creation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
