Description

You will implement and administer Dell EMC backup products within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Dell EMC Backup products including Avamar, Data Domain (DD), and NetWorker.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to develop technical implementation and configuration plans.
• Manage customer relationships through technical negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
• Document technical processes and project configurations clearly and accurately.
• Resolve critical technical issues while coordinating with stakeholders to meet project commitments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience handling enterprise backup products in customer-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dell EMC Avamar, Data Domain, and NetWorker.
• Working knowledge of virtualization concepts.
• Basic IP networking skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with Solution Architects.
• Background in enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
