Description

You will own backup operations, system administration, and L2/L3 technical support for user environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform log analysis, and resolve incidents.
• Manage system backups and application lifecycles.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
• Handle audit-related queries and create SOPs for all processes.
• Provide remote assistance, user account management, and password resets.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Expertise with System Backup processes.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking basics.
• Experience in service administration.
• Knowledge of the application life cycle.
• Ability to provide remote assistance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills for user updates and ticket acknowledgments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
