You will lead a team of 7-8 members in overseeing data protection and business continuity operations for large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team operations and direct backup and restore processes.
• Execute infrastructure forecasting and capacity planning for enterprise data protection.
• Administer robotic devices and library management, including IBM TS Libraries.
• Oversee high-availability implementations and backup planning for Oracle (RMAN), SAP, and DB2 databases.
• Configure and manage SAN switches, including zoning and storage administration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IBM Storage Protect, Data Protection, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Proven experience managing a team of 7-8 members.
• Expertise in IBM Spectrum Protect backup and restore toolsets.
• Deep knowledge of IBM, Huawei, or NetApp SAN environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAN switch configuration and zoning.
• Technical proficiency in Oracle (RMAN), SAP, and DB2 database restoration.
• Strong understanding of basic IT infrastructure and high-availability implementations.
• Mandatory English fluency.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification or service orientation experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree.
