Responsibilities

• Manage back office operations and document collection.
• Execute KYC verification and phone banking tasks.
• Serve as a Customer Service Officer or CASA Officer.
• Handle front office duties and customer inquiries.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Proficiency in Hindi communication.
• Minimum High School diploma or any Graduate degree.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
