Description

Provide technical and functional expertise for Banner processes within the utility industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Banner processes to deliver technical solutions and simulate system exceptions or tickets.
• Create business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and lead meetings with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support upgrade teams with techno-functional knowledge.
• Schedule and manage workflows using the Automic job scheduler.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in the utility industry.
• Extensive experience with the Banner product.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle database technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, and ANSI SQL.
• Knowledge of CIS, billing, and meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience with Unix shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Automic job scheduler.
• Ability to work with Pro*C and Oracle forms.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Forms experience specifically for Banner.
