Description

You will act as a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of technology releases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tech leads to define solutions and manage new requirement demand through functional requirement documents.
• Groom the backlog and manage prioritization through continuous engagement with product management.
• Steer the testing team through test definition and execution phases.
• Manage Agile processes, progress reporting, and the identification of risks or issues.
• Work with Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful release delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Change Function role.
• Hands-on experience with SimCorp.
• End-to-end Business Analyst experience from requirements gathering and writing BRDs to testing and delivery.
• Background working within an Investment Banking environment.
• Experience with Derivatives Reporting implementations.
• Proficiency in all phases of the SDLC.
• Expertise in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
