Description

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to manage software development projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, prepare functional documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth execution of web and mobile application projects using Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Gather and analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and other functional documents.
• Create basic wireframes and coordinate with UI/UX designers.
• Plan project timelines, milestones, and track progress.
• Coordinate with Design, Development, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Manage project scope, change requests (CRs), risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support UAT, production releases, and post-launch activities.

Preferred Profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Associate Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an IT/software company.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple software development projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
