Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to enhance testing coverage.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or related functions.
• Proficiency in functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans and test cases.
• Ability to use scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret software requirements and design test scenarios.
• Detailed documentation skills for reporting issues and test results.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic business processes and written communication standards.
