Description

Own end-to-end ETL testing and quality assurance for capital markets data systems, ensuring data integrity across equities, fixed income, and derivatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate data accuracy in data warehouses using complex SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, and analytics functions.
• Execute ETL testing and data reconciliation for trade lifecycle, post-trade processing, P&L, risk, and regulatory datasets.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to support QA processes.
• Manage testing workflows and documentation using JIRA, ALM/QC, and Confluence within Agile/DevOps environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL testing and QA.
• Advanced SQL proficiency on Oracle or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Python for testing or data validation.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Domain expertise in Capital Markets (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives).
• Familiarity with JIRA, ALM/QC, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with post-trade processing and regulatory data reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile/DevOps delivery models.
