Description

Provide professional barbering and beautician services on a weekly schedule for 3-6 hours.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hair and beauty services using your own tools and products.
• Attend mandatory hospital orientation conducted by the Rehabilitation Therapy Department.
• Maintain compliance with hospital health and safety documentation requirements.
• Complete Hep B acceptance or declination documentation.

Required Skills

• Hold a current Indiana Barber's license.
• Have 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Provide your own professional instruments and products.
• Provide PPD testing results (one test within 1 year and one within 90 days) or a chest x-ray for TB diagnosis within 1 year.
