Description

You will manage and optimize SAP landscapes, ensuring system stability, successful upgrades, and proper infrastructure configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system refresh activities, including local and export/import client copies.
• Manage technical upgrades for ABAP and JAVA systems using the Software Update Manager (SUM).
• Perform system maintenance, including SAP kernel upgrades, add-on installations via SAINT, and support packages via SPAW.
• Monitor system health through workload analysis (ST03N), buffer tuning (ST02), and resolution of dumps, work processes, and background jobs.
• Oversee transport management via STMS and CTS+, manage batch jobs with Control-M, and handle server migrations and OS disk management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Proficiency in technical upgrades for ABAP and JAVA systems.
• Experience implementing Single Sign-on for ABAP and JAVA applications.
• Ability to manage certificates and troubleshoot logs within the Enterprise Portal.
• Expertise in creating logical ports, partner profiles, and IDOC ports.
• Hands-on experience with SAP OSS Notes implementation.
• Knowledge of server migration and OS-level disk management.
• Competency in troubleshooting user operations, lock tables, and failed updates.

Preferred Skills

• Configure system preparation, managed system configuration, and IT infrastructure in Solution Manager.
