Description

You drive B2B service-based sales within the US IT staffing market during night shifts.

You will own the release pipeline

Responsibilities

• Execute cold calling campaigns with a volume of 100 to 150 calls per day.
• Generate new business leads through proactive outreach in the US market.
• Manage the end-to-end B2B sales process for IT staffing services.
• Maintain consistent communication with international clients to drive service sales.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and service-based selling.
• Extensive experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to work night shifts to align with US market hours.
• Experience operating within the US staffing industry.
• Any Graduate degree.
